Green Tea
Written records trace the cultivation of Green Tea for medical purposes back to the Han Dynasty (206-220 A.D.). It wasn’t until the Tang Dynasty (600-900 A.D.) that Green Tea was documented as being consumed for pleasure.
Green Tea is one of the richest natural sources of polyphenol antioxidants, one of the most interesting being Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG).* Green Tea is also a natural healthy source of caffeine and boosts energy. It is known to have synergic relationships with Frankincense and Black Pepper.
The Daily Support blend contains two different Green Tea extract powders to maximize potential benefits.
